Can I buy US stocks on Binance?

Binance publishes no complete list of eligible countries, so looking one up is the wrong approach. Judge from your own account state instead. Tick five conditions and this tells you where you stand.

If the first box is ticked, do not go looking for a way around it

Binance states it does not serve US persons. Tools that disguise your location buy you an account that can be frozen at any moment, with funds and positions inside it, and an appeal in which you have to explain why your details do not match reality. This site publishes no methods for circumventing geographic restrictions.

What problem it solves

"Which countries can use Binance stock trading" gets searched a lot and has no stable answer — the wording has always been "eligible users in permitted jurisdictions" and that scope moves. Rather than copying a list that will be wrong shortly, this teaches you to read your own account.

How to operate it

Why the first one overrides everything

Binance's public terms state it does not serve US persons, and neither stock trading nor bStocks is open to them. That is business scope rather than a risk setting, so no combination of the other conditions changes it.

Why "can you see the tab" beats any country list

Feature availability is controlled server-side, so what your client displays is the platform's actual determination for your account. Lists go stale; your account state does not. Hence it carries the most weight here.
