About KWOTRA

A site with one subject: Binance, explained from the US-stocks side.

What this site is for

In June 2026 Binance opened US stock trading. For a particular kind of reader that suddenly became a way around the paperwork barrier at conventional brokers — no foreign bank account required, stablecoin buys real listed shares.

The information around it is poor. There are a few decent walkthroughs, and a great deal of rewritten press release. How the fees actually work, how long until you can withdraw, how dividends are taxed, why the tab does not appear — specific questions, rarely answered properly.

That gap is what this site fills. We write about Binance only, about the stocks side of it only, and we do not run exchange listings or market news.

About the byline

Articles are signed Shen Jianchuan, of the KWOTRA editorial desk. That is a pen name. We do not invent years of experience, licences or institutional history to lend weight — if a piece needs a job title to be credible, it probably was not solid enough to begin with.

The credibility we can offer is a different kind: every figure carries a source and a checked date, every tool states its formula on the page, and where we cannot determine something we say so.

Where the money comes from

The sign-up link and referral code on this site carry a referral parameter, and that is where the site’s income comes from. Your own costs do not increase. How the split works and which links carry the parameter is set out in full in the disclosure.

We promote one exchange, not a rack of them. The reasoning is simple: the more you list, the shallower each one gets, until the site is just a set of rotating links.

Things we do not do

  • No workarounds for geographic restrictions. Disguising your location to open an account buys you one that can be frozen at any point. That content is common in this niche; we publish none of it.
  • No return promises. No "guaranteed", no price targets. Both stocks and crypto can take everything you put in.
  • No invented testing. If we did not capture a screenshot we do not show one, and where something is unverified we label it unverified.
  • No hard numbers on things that move. Fees, limits and regional scope all change, so we give ranges, checked dates, and point at the official page.

If we get something wrong

Write to us. Anything we change gets logged in corrections rather than quietly edited. How we check facts, and where AI sits in the process, is in the editorial policy.
