It is a pen name, not a legal name. We do not use it to imply credentials. What follows is the working method it stands for, and where its limits are.

Why a pen name

This site covers financial procedures that readers act on with their own money. A real name invites a particular illusion: that the more specific the byline, the more trustworthy the content. We would rather not borrow that.

We do not invent years of experience, licences, institutional history, or a "reviewed by a licensed adviser" line. If a piece needs a job title to look credible, it probably was not solid enough to begin with.

What the byline does stand for

• Primary sources first. Fees, rules and product structure come from the platform's own terms and documentation and from regulators' public registers, never from someone else's summary. Every article on this site carries at least two external primary sources you can open and check.
• Anything that moves gets a checked date. The house style is a range, a checked date, and a pointer to the official page. Calculators cannot avoid concrete values, so each is labelled a rule simulation as of a stated month with the official page linked next to the result.
• Second-hand claims are labelled as such, written as "this is reported, try it" rather than as statements.
• Mistakes leave a trace. Anything that could change a reader's judgement goes in the corrections log rather than being edited away.

Scope

One subject only: the operational path and the risks of buying US stocks through Binance — account opening and verification, stablecoin funding, orders and sessions, T+1 settlement and withdrawal, dividends and withholding, and which regulator covers which layer of the chain.

Not covered: price forecasts, targets, stock picks, any form of return promise, and methods for getting around geographic restrictions or bank and platform review.

Where the competence ends

This section matters more than the ones above it.

• Tax. We can explain the withholding mechanism and what W-8BEN does. Determining tax residency, qualifying for treaty benefits, and your local reporting obligations need a qualified tax professional. This site does not substitute for one.
• Law and eligibility. Whether a given country can use the feature turns on local law and the platform's terms. What an interface displays is not a legal conclusion.
• No account access. This site connects to no API, reads no account, and cannot look up your orders, verification status or funds. Account problems go to official support.
• No personalised advice. We do not know your finances or your risk tolerance, so we will not tell you what to buy or how much.
